Operations General Manager Tampa Atlanta

Leads a multi-state beer distribution territory managing P&L, culture, team development, and wholesale partner execution across sales and operations.

Lead Remote Posted about 1 hour ago RemoteOK Dev
What this role involves
ABOUT US:

Here at Garage Beer, we take light beer seriously and everything else lightly. We proudly embrace our role as the underdog in a category that often forgets beer is supposed to be fun. With a 200% growth in social media followers in just the last year and an expanding network of distribution, we continue to be the fastest growing beer brand in the country! No jargon, no ego, no overthinking it. Just crisp, easy drinking beer made for the garage and everywhere else.

ABOUT YOU:

You show up for the moments that matter, whether that’s collaborating with the team, building something new, or just making the day-to-day better. You’re dependable, self-aware, and easy to work with. At the end of the day, we’re not looking for perfection. We’re looking for real people who care about doing good work and having a good time. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and neither should you!

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Remote in Tampa or Atlanta

What We’re Looking For:

The role of General Manager is responsible for strategic leadership of a division (multi-state territory), with a primary focus in 3 key areas: (1) culture building; (2) revenue management; (3) establishing execution routines within their team and with wholesale partners – each to maximize success in the market. The ultimate outcome of these efforts is to deliver P&L targets across revenue, volume and profit - achieved via strong planning and execution of distribution, feature and display targets. Enablement comes via culture and capability building across the direct and extended team. The role leads the region and partners cross functionally with the national accounts, revenue management, field marketing, finance and operations teams to achieve success. A diverse background in beer / total alcohol beverage three-tier system is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Culture Building:

  • Fostering a winning, family-like culture is a must. Winning with a growth mindset is critical across the team. Pushing each other but also having each other’s back is paramount within the Garage Beer culture
  • The role directly manages a group of Area Sales Managers, (a Territory Sales Manager) and Field Sales Reps, but also takes the lead across those who work within or support the geography, such as key account managers, revenue and analytics manager, field marketers and finance. Inclusion across the extended team is important to foster a true sense of team
  • The General Manager should lead via clear goals, metrics and targets, while fostering performance management and career development via regular 1:1s, mid-year and annual performance reviews, and playing an active role in our talent management and development routines
  • Relationship building is critical within the team, with partners across tiers, and with external partners (such as alliance partners, event partners, etc.)
  • We sell beer, it should be fun!

Revenue Management:

  • This is the most critical lever within the P&L, and it should be led as such – the General Manager must partner with wholesalers, the revenue management team and Garage Beer leadership to deliver maximum revenue and margin for the organization
  • The General Manager will closely follow our revenue model with wholesaler partners and create value throughout the three tiers with our brands
  • The ultimate outcome of these efforts is providing value for our consumers, our retail and wholesale partners and Garage Beer at the intersection of value and price

Establishing Routines:

  • The General Manager must focus on building capabilities within their direct and expanded team, as well as wholesale partners to maximize our execution in the marketplace. Critical routines include annual planning (distribution, volume, investment), and then the execution of those plans via structured routines across independent distribution, chain mandate execution, feature enablement and display execution
  • The General Manager must drive consistency in wholesaler execution, while recognizing that not all wholesalers operate in the same manner or with the same technology. The results should be consistent, but the path to get there may be varied; however, each path will require routine and discipline to maximize results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience, with 10+ years in beverage, beer, distributor, supplier, or CPG sales
  • Proven track record leading a team and driving sales growth
  • Technical capabilities, or the capacity to learn, across various internal (VIP, Karma, etc.) and external (syndicated data, distributor reporting, etc.) data sources to identify business opportunities, generate insights and tell great, visual stories is a must
  • This is a remote based role, with travel required primarily within the defined, multi-state footprint of the region, but also with infrequent travel for Garage Beer or industry events

Bonus Points If You:

  • Are a Beer Expert: You have direct experience in the beer or alcohol category and understand the unique pulse of this industry
  • Have a Competitive, Team‑Focused Approach: You thrive in collaborative environments and bring a drive to win
  • Enjoy Building New Markets and Processes: You’re energized by creating something new, not just maintaining what already exists
  • Stay Curious: You naturally promote a culture of learning, always hunting for the next trend and digging for unconventional solutions to tough problems

What We Offer:

  • Impactful Work: Fast-moving environment where you can actually see your ideas come to life instead of getting stuck in layers of meetings
  • Our Culture: A place where we’re building a fast-growing beer brand while making sure work is still fun
  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 annually with incentive opportunities designed to reward both annual achievements and sustained business results plus a $1,000 monthly car allowance
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Currently, our medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability premiums are paid at 100% by Garage Beer. We also offer voluntary benefits and an EAP and are continually evaluating our benefit offerings
  • Flexible Time Off: We offer a flexible PTO policy so you can take the time you need to recharge, in addition to company-observed holidays

The salary range is our good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Please note that actual offers are determined by a combination of individual experience, specific skill sets, internal equity, and geographic location.

Garage Beer is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our team members.

Security Manager, Security GRC - Compliance Onboarding & Readiness at HubSpot

Leads a GRC team while personally executing control designs, compliance onboarding workflows, and technical security assessments to ensure HubSpot's products are secure by design and audit-ready.

What this role involves

1086155

Manager, Security GRC - Compliance Onboarding & Readiness

Location: United States - Remote, Flex, or Office

About the Role

HubSpot is seeking a Manager, Security GRC on our Compliance Onboarding & Readiness team. This role is a critical part of how HubSpot approaches trust, security, and governance. Instead of focusing on reactive audit defense, our team acts as a proactive design and engineering partner. We shift compliance engineering “left” to ensure our rapidly expanding product surface, including usage-based billing systems, advanced AI capabilities, and scaling infrastructure, is fundamentally secure by design and audit-ready.

This is a hands-on, “player-coach” role. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will lead and mentor a dedicated team of GRC professionals, while also acting as a high-impact individual contributor (IC). You are someone who loves to get into the weeds: executing proactive control designs, performing technical walkthroughs, mapping controls to complex cloud environments, and directly authoring robust control documentation alongside your team.

You will drive the day-to-day operationalization of our High-Risk Control Testing and Compliance Onboarding charters, moving HubSpot away from point-in-time evidence gathering and toward continuous compliance automated by telemetry.

What You’ll Do

Be an Active Player-Coach & Lead the Team

  • Direct People Management: Lead, develop, and mentor a talented sub-team of GRC professionals. Evolve their capabilities in risk-based judgment and technical engineering partnership.
  • Hands-on Execution (IC Work): Actively lead by example. You will personally conduct high-impact control walkthroughs, draft complex process narratives, design baseline control mappings for new architectures, and directly test our most critical systems.
  • Stabilization & Backlog Burnout: Guide and support the team through its immediate operational maturity phases, and partnering cross-functionally to systematically burn down the legacy issues backlog.

Operationalize the Compliance “Front Door”

  • Shift Compliance Left: Manage and scale our centralized compliance onboarding intake process. Partner early with Product, Engineering, and FinOps during the design and architecture stages (pre-coding) to embed security and compliance controls before production release.
  • Minimize Friction: Maintain predictable, frictionless compliance paths for engineering stakeholders so compliance acts as an operational accelerator rather than a bottleneck.

Drive High-Risk Control Testing & Continuous Assurance

  • Execute Deep-Dive Testing: Personally lead and oversee rigorous internal testing of HubSpot’s highest-risk controls, prioritizing Identity and Access Management (IAM), privileged access, data protection, change management, and AI governance.
  • Continuous Monitoring Telemetry: Partner to design and build automated dashboards, transitioning the team’s evidence collection from manual spreadsheets to continuous data streams.
  • Define Early-Warning Signals: Build out and monitor key control health indicators (OKIs/PKIs) to identify and remediate control degradation long before audit windows open.

Foster Collaborative Partnerships & Seamless Hand-offs

  • Proactive Pre-Audit Alignment: Lead proactive reviews to validate control design, helping system owners address gaps collaboratively before audit cycles begin.
  • Frictionless Partner Handoffs: Partner deeply with our Compliance Audit Execution team to transition ready, thoroughly vetted control packages for external testing, replacing traditional siloed boundaries with smooth, cooperative handoffs.
  • Shared Posture Insights: Actively feed readiness metrics and testing signals into the broader Security Governance and Risk ecosystem to build a unified, transparent view of security health across HubSpot.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience & Technical Rigor

  • Demonstrated experience in Security GRC, IT Compliance, or IT Audit, ideally within a fast-paced, public SaaS environment.
  • Hands-On Player-Coach Leadership: Experience managing, mentoring, or leading GRC professionals, combined with a strong desire and demonstrated ability to execute as an individual contributor. You must love rolling up your sleeves to build.
  • Deep Control Expertise: Strong understanding of SOX 404 control design, risk-based scoping, testing, and proactive issue management within modern engineering environments (AWS, microservices, CI/CD pipelines).
  • First-Principles Architect Mindset: You look at compliance as a systems-engineering challenge, not a checklist. You have experience implementing controls that are automated, scalable, and lightweight for developers.
  • Exceptional Communication & HubSpot Culture Fit: You are empathetic, remarkably clear, and direct. You can explain complex regulatory “whys” to engineering leaders.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with emerging technology frameworks, specifically AI governance structures (such as ISO 42001) alongside traditional frameworks (SOC 1⁄2, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Experience supporting product transitions to usage-based billing or microservices-based financial data pipelines.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent experience.

Why HubSpot

At HubSpot, security is a core value. We believe that to “Grow Better,” we must protect the operational and financial integrity of our platform with airtight, auditor-proof logic—while ensuring our teams can move fast and innovate with confidence. You’ll be joining a highly collaborative, deeply supportive GRC organization that treats governance as a modern product rather than a bureaucratic constraint. If you are inspired to build a secure-by-design compliance ecosystem at scale, we’d love to talk to you!

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

At HubSpot, fair compensation practices aren’t just about checking off the box for legal compliance. It’s about living out our value of transparency with our employees, candidates, and community.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:

$146,200—$233,900 USD

We know the confidence gap and impostor syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you.

If you need accommodations or assistance due to a disability, please reach out to us using this form.

At HubSpot, we value both flexibility and connection. Whether you’re a Remote employee or work from the Office, we want you to start your journey here by building strong connections with your team and peers. If you join our broader Product team, you’ll also attend other in-person events, such as your Product Group Summit and other gatherings, to continue building on those connections.

Sales Director of Sales, Canada at Heidi

Leads a team of 8-12 sales professionals across Canada, managing pipeline, forecasting, team development, and executing go-to-market strategy for healthcare AI software.

Lead Remote Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Heidi

Heidi is the AI Care Partner built for clinicians. We started with documentation because that’s where the invisible tax is heaviest — the 60 minutes after clinic, the screen between clinician and patient, the notes that follow you home. Today, the platform spans Scribe, Evidence and Comms: a connected system that absorbs administrative load across the full clinical day so clinicians can focus on what they trained to do.

About one in three people at Heidi is a clinician. That shapes how we build, how we write and how we sell. We speak from inside the clinic, not from outside looking in. If that sounds like the kind of company you want to represent, read on.

The Role

Canada is one of our most important markets right now. The healthcare system is genuinely struggling: clinician burnout, growing access gaps, documentation piling up. This is the moment Heidi was built for. You’ll run a team of 8–12 Account Executives and Sales Associates spread across the country. The job is the full picture: pipeline, deals, team development, forecasting. Day-to-day you’ll work closely with our Directors of Marketing and Government Affairs for Canada, and with Customer Success, to make sure what clinicians are promised is actually what they get. This role reports directly to the General Manager, Canada.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and develop a team of 8–12 AEs and Sales Associates across Canada, clear on expectations, consistent in your 1:1s, and serious about building a team people actually want to stay on

  • Own the Canadian sales number: forecast accurately, identify risks early and close the gap when it matters

  • Build and execute a national go-to-market strategy that actually fits Canada, accounting for provincial funding quirks, regional variation, and procurement timelines that don’t move on anyone’s preferred schedule

  • Partner with Marketing to align on pipeline targets, campaigns and messaging that land with Canadian clinicians and health system buyers

  • Work with Government Affairs on provincial digital health initiatives, public tenders and health authority relationships. There’s real opportunity here if you know how to navigate it

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs, healthy retention and expansion within existing accounts

  • Own the sales playbook for Canada: how we qualify, how we stage deals, how we price, how we handle the objections that come up again and again in this market

  • Sit at the leadership table alongside the General Manager, Canada. This is a seat with real input into market strategy, not just a reporting line

  • Spend real time building relationships with enterprise and health system buyers across provinces, the kind of relationships that take more than a few calls to develop

What We’re Looking For

  • A track record in sales leadership. You’ve run quota-carrying teams, had to develop people who weren’t quite there yet, and hit numbers that didn’t happen by accident

  • Genuine knowledge of the Canadian healthcare landscape. You’ve sold into health systems, provincial bodies or clinical practices and you know how purchasing decisions actually happen, not just in theory

  • Background in health tech, digital health or complex SaaS. You’re used to long cycles, multiple stakeholders pulling in different directions and procurement processes that will test anyone’s patience

  • A collaborative streak. Marketing, CS and Government Affairs need a real partner in sales, not someone who treats them as support functions. The best outcomes here come from working together

  • Directness, with your team, across the org and upward. Problems that get flagged early are problems that get fixed. We don’t want to find out about issues at the end of a quarter

  • Comfort with ambiguity. Heidi is moving fast and some of the structure you’d expect in a larger org simply isn’t there yet. Parts of the playbook exist; you’ll build the rest

  • Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset, particularly given our growth in Quebec

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you should know your team well enough to say where the gaps are, have a real handle on the pipeline, and have a point of view on where the biggest Canadian market opportunities are going to come from.

At six months, the team has a consistent way of working, the cross-functional relationships are genuinely functional and you’re hitting your targets without anyone having to chase you on forecasting.

At year one, you’ve built something the team is proud of, we’ve meaningfully grown our presence with major health systems and clinics across the country, and you’re already thinking about what doubling the team looks like.

Why Heidi

  • The product resonates with clinicians in a way that most health tech doesn’t. That makes a real difference in how sales conversations go

  • You’re not walking into a fully defined role. There’s real scope to shape how the Canadian function works: the team, the approach, the relationships

  • The General Manager and cross-functional leads here take sales seriously. You won’t be fighting for resources or credibility

  • Competitive base, performance incentive and equity. We’ll share the specifics as we get to know you

  • Fully remote across Canada. We measure output, not hours logged or office attendance

Marketing Social Creative Lead Real Time & Reactive

Leads real-time social media content creation and strategy, monitoring culture and trends to develop timely, brand-aligned posts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Lead Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteOK Dev
What this role involves
Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The Community You Will Join

This Creative Lead will report to the Director, Social Creative and work PST hours. They will be part of a fast-moving, multidisciplinary team focused on real-time storytelling—listening, responding, and creating in culture as it happens.

Airbnb is looking for a social-native creative leader who thrives in speed, ambiguity, and cultural relevance. This role sits within our internal Creative Team, partnering across disciplines and functions to deliver ideas that show up in the world in real time—not weeks later.

This is a role for someone who is as comfortable publishing something scrappy in an hour as they are shaping larger creative directions.

The Difference You Will Make

Our ideal candidate lives at the intersection of culture, community, and content. They have strong instincts for what matters right now, why it matters, and whether a brand should participate at all.

They are constantly observing, synthesizing, and identifying opportunities to show up in ways that feel timely, additive, and distinctly Airbnb.

They understand that reactive work isn’t just fast—it requires:

  • Strong creative judgment
  • A clear brand POV

Marketing Social Creative Lead Real Time & Reactive

Creates and publishes real-time social content across platforms, monitoring cultural trends and opportunities to drive engagement and brand relevance at speed.

  • Confidence in making decisions with incomplete information

Oportunidade no modelo CLT:

Engineer Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure at Docker, Inc

Staff engineer designing and building Docker's internal infrastructure platform to enable self-service multi-region deployment and reduce manual operational workflows.

Lead Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world’s largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.

We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

Docker is shipping a wave of new products this year, with R&D initiatives likely to lead to more, and we’re investing heavily in the platform underneath all of it. That platform supports hundreds of engineers across many development teams and carries high-scale production traffic and data transfer every day. It has grown faster than its foundations, and this year is about closing that gap.

Today, much of that work still leans on a handful of experts unblocking the same provisioning and operational workflows by hand. The top priority for this role is moving that work from expert-driven support to paved roads: self-service systems with clear ownership, safe defaults, strong guardrails, and adoption we can measure. The goal is a platform teams trust enough to stop thinking about it, one that just works, so they can focus on their own products instead of ours.

The concrete version sits on this year’s roadmap: spinning up a new global region or application environment should take hours, not days. Right now it takes days. Getting there means building the foundations underneath it. We need a real multi-region, cross-account network architecture and a testing and continuous-deployment flow teams can trust, then a self-service layer on top.

We’re the container company building our own internal platform, so the bar for “the easy path is also the safe path” is high. You’d be joining a team of four, growing to seven this year (this is one of those hires), and we’re looking for a Staff engineer to set technical direction and lead it through real production adoption.

Responsibilities

This is a Staff-level role, so success is measured by leverage rather than just your own commits. On a team this size you’ll stay hands-on in the codebase while also setting direction, aligning teams on pragmatic standards, and carrying platform investments through to adoption. Concretely, you will:

  • Take ambiguous infrastructure problems and turn them into proposals the org can rally around, then drive them through RFCs and architecture reviews across teams.

  • Design self-service capabilities and platform APIs (primarily in Go) for onboarding, provisioning, deployment, observability defaults, and day-2 operations, with contracts and docs teams actually use.

  • Set delivery standards using Terraform, GitOps with Argo CD, progressive rollout, and good testing, including building the continuous-deployment flow we’re missing today.

  • Evolve the multi-tenant EKS foundations toward better reliability, security, scale, and cost: Envoy Gateway ingress, traffic routing, and the multi-region, cross-account connectivity we need.

  • Improve SLOs, alerting, and incident follow-up on Grafana Cloud so production gets safer and less dependent on heroics.

We judge this work by outcomes the consuming teams feel: how fast they can provision and ship, how much they can do without us, and how reliably it all runs.

AI-assisted operations

We’re actively investing in AI-assisted and agentic workflows to cut operational toil. We care that they stay safe, auditable, and human-reviewed. You’ll help shape where these earn their place and where they don’t. Early targets include:

  • Alert enrichment and incident context-gathering: assembling the relevant signals, history, and runbook so the on-call engineer starts with context instead of a blank page.

  • Runbook-assisted diagnosis and remediation recommendations, with a human in the loop on anything that changes production.

  • Onboarding and readiness assistants that answer the questions our experts answer today.

If you’ve built operational automation and have a healthy skepticism about where automation belongs, this is a place to put both to work.

On-call

Operational ownership is part of the job. You’ll join the rotation after onboarding and shadowing. As a Staff engineer, you’ll also improve the health of on-call itself, with better alerts, stronger runbooks, less toil, and blameless postmortems aimed at prevention.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional, hands-on, full-time software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Strong software engineering in Go or a similar language: design, testing, debugging, review, long-term maintainability.

  • A track record designing, shipping, and operating cloud services or infrastructure platforms in production. We hire for skill and impact, not years.

  • Deep expertise in at least one of: Kubernetes, networking, cloud platforms, reliability engineering, or developer platforms, plus solid Linux, networking, and production-ops fundamentals.

  • Experience setting technical direction and leading work that needs cross-team alignment.

  • Clear written and verbal communication in a remote environment (RFCs, design docs, incident writeups).

Nice to have: EKS and ingress/CNI/service-mesh experience; observability with OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana; CI/CD and progressive delivery (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, canaries); experience leading migrations or adoption programs across teams.

You don’t need every item here. We value deep expertise in one area, strong systems judgment, and curiosity across the rest.

What to Expect

First 30 days

  • Build context, meet partner teams, ship your first change, shadow on-call.

First 90 days

  • Own a strategic platform problem with a clear plan and metrics; lead an improvement from design to production.

One Year Outlook

  • Lead a major cross-team initiative (for example, self-service provisioning of new regions and environments, or the multi-region networking and CD foundations behind it) and establish durable patterns that change how Docker engineers build and operate services.

Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.

Marketing Head of Organic Growth (Remote - Porto, Portugal) at Alts Digital

Drives organic growth and SEO strategy for fintech websites, optimizing content and SERPs to maximize revenue-generating traffic and conversions.

Lead Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

🧩 About Alts

Alts Digital is a fast-growing, bootstrapped group that builds digital ventures shaping how people engage with information, make decisions, and create value online. We specialize in guiding users to the best services for their needs, driving customer acquisition for leading brands in the iGaming and Fintech sectors.

Based in Portugal and operating as a remote-first company, our diverse team of 50+ members from + 10 countries serves thousands of customers worldwide. As founders, designers, adventurers, coders, parents, and animal lovers, we move fast, think ambitiously, and are passionate about building products that make an impact. We’re excited to welcome a new Head of Organic Growth to join our Loans unit. 🚀

💻 About the role

As Head of Organic Growth, you will drive organic growth for our Loans unit, from SERP research to on-page implementation. We run four websites in the Portuguese credit space, all with traction and significant room to grow. Our content is largely already built; the challenge now is to optimize, refresh, and win SERPs, not produce in volume.

This isn’t about growing traffic for its own sake. It’s about growing the right traffic, on the articles that drive real business value, where every position won converts into a lead or a customer.

You will be a Head with hands on the page. No direct reports. Strategy, prioritization, and implementation are yours, end-to-end. You can count on freelancers when content production needs to scale, and on our design and tech teams when a fix needs more than just SEO. You’ll work closely with Product, Paid, and Tech, plus an external PR/Outreach freelancer/agency.

In general, this role means:

  • Owning the Organic strategy for our websites, end-to-end, from SERP research to on-page implementation.

  • Prioritizing where to invest based on revenue impact, not just traffic potential.

  • Designing workflows that combine you, freelancers, and AI for content optimization.

  • Making bold calls when you have data, and implementing them yourself when speed matters.

If you’re looking for a role focused mostly on editorial writing, this isn’t it.

If you want to build a smart content management machine, where you design the right way to simplify the work instead of manually sweeping data every month, then this is your place.

👩‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Investigate SERPs and prioritize commercial-intent content: the articles that drive leads, not just impressions or rankings.

  • Update existing content with hands on the editor: refresh, expansion, intent match, on-page optimization.

  • Ensure content across our websites is correct, up-to-date, and performing — especially in finance and credit topics.

  • Take authorship when it makes editorial sense; brief and manage freelancers when scaling.

  • Use AI as an extension of yourself. We provide whatever subscriptions you need (Claude including Cowork, ChatGPT, you name it).

  • Measure what matters (traffic, positions, CTR, conversions), iterate with data, and collaborate with Paid, Tech, and the PR/Outreach freelancer.

Requirements

🧠 Your Attitude & Background

  • 6+ years of demonstrated SEO experience, with at least one stretch as the person fully accountable for a site’s organic growth, and concrete track record to back it (queries, positions, lifts).

  • Ability to read Plausible/GA4, Search Console, ahrefs and SEO dashboards and pull clear actions.

  • Real comfort with LLMs in your workflow: your own prompts, favorite tools, formed opinions on what works and what doesn’t.

  • Editorial sense sufficient to validate quality, with comfort curating finance and credit content. The subject can’t intimidate you.

  • Native Portuguese (PT-PT). English comfortable enough for tools, research, and conversations with members of our group.

  • You think in business terms (revenue, conversions) and feel restless when the numbers aren’t going up. Vanity metrics don’t impress you.

  • Hunger. Without this, none of the rest matters. 🍔

🎁 Benefits You’ll Receive:

  • Full remote based in Big Porto. We try to gather at least once a month in some area around Porto.

  • Salary from €25,000 up to €35,000 gross annual.

  • Workation: A mix of work and vacation. Once a year, we find a cool place to work and have fun together.

  • Alts Ville: We have a house in the stunning Madeira Island available for all employees who want to spend some time with friends, colleagues, and family 🏝️

  • Time Off: Life is better when you’re rested. We offer flexible vacation days so you can recharge on your own terms, plus your birthday off and 2 extra days during the holiday season. Some moments deserve your full attention.

  • Health Insurance. We value the well-being and health of our team. To ensure that everyone feels cared for, we offer Health Insurance 🏥

  • 1.000€ / year of financial support in other areas of your life, e.g., professional development.

  • Laptop Support Budget: A yearly budget to support laptop repairs or contribute towards a new device when needed.

  • We offer a 100€ monthly voucher to use in co-working spaces. Working remotely doesn’t have to mean working from home every day.
