Senior Project Manager oversees research projects and client deliverables at a contract research organization, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
Leads cross-functional M&A integration planning and execution, coordinating workstreams across legal, HR, finance, IT, and product teams to realize deal value.
MongoDB is hiring a Senior Manager, M&A Integration to help build and run the operational backbone for how MongoDB integrates its acquisitions, translating each deal thesis into a durable business outcome.
As the Senior Manager, M&A Integration, youâll help ensure acquisitions are integrated successfully and that the value outlined in each deal is realized. You may provide input during diligence to help flag integration risks, and you will lead integration planning and execution from LOI through post-close for assigned deals, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CFO and partnering closely with our Corporate Development team. Youâll coordinate across every functional team involved in a deal â Legal, HR, Finance & Accounting, IT, Go-to-Market, Marketing, and Product & Technology. You and the Chief of Staff together will support the Integration Management Office (IMO): defining workstreams, building the master integration plan, and supporting governance cadence for each deal.
This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership of individual deal integrations. Youâll help build out MongoDBâs integration playbook â standard plans, checklists, templates â turning deal-by-deal efforts into more consistent, repeatable practices alongside the Chief of Staff.
This role is ideal for someone who has led M&A integration workstreams before and knows how to bring structure to the ambiguity of a newly closed deal. You know how to drive cross-functional execution without formal authority, operate with autonomy within a defined framework, move fluidly between Day 1 planning, synergy tracking, and status reporting, and take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting to be told what to do. This role may flex across multiple concurrent deals depending on the pace of acquisitions.
This role can be based in New York City, Austin, or Palo Alto for our hybrid working model or remotely in the United States.

Designs and manages global sales enablement programs, translating strategy into learning experiences for internal sales teams.
Leads end-to-end launch operations for Smart Fridge expansion, managing deployment timelines, vendor networks, site readiness, and building repeatable operational systems across 80-100+ new units.
Food has lost its soul to modern convenience. And with it, it has lost the power to nourish, inspire, and connect us. So in 2018, CookUnity was founded as the first-of-its-kind platform that connects the world with the source of truly great food: chefs. Today, CookUnity delivers 50 million meals a year from the industryâs best chefs to homes all over the country. Fresh. Ready-to-eat. And crafted with the passion that nourishes body and soul.
Unwilling to stop there, CookUnity is expanding beyond delivery to become an ever-innovating marketplace focused on our singular mission: empower Chefs to nourish the world.
If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, youâve found the right job posting.
If youâre looking for a role where you manage at a distance and review decks, this is not it. If you want to own a program that will grow from $5M to $10M+ ARR this year, and leave it more structured than you found it, keep reading.
CookUnityâs Smart Fridge program is scaling from ~$5M to $10M+ ARR in H2 2026: a standalone business within CookUnity with its own unit economics, client verticals, and operational complexity. That means 80-100 new unit deployments across office, factory, and real estate accounts, a full product upgrade rollout across the existing fleet, and building the infrastructure that makes all of it repeatable.
The model is proven. The question is whether expansion can become systematic rather than bespoke. The bottleneck is no longer sales; itâs ops readiness, installation speed, and launch quality. Thatâs what this role exists to solve.
This is a player-coach position and for a project management expert. Youâll lead the full launch function end-to-end and still get into the field when it matters. The systems you build here will eventually let you step back, but right now, you need to build them while running.
Operational Readiness
Before a fridge goes live, everything upstream has to be right. This function owns the full build layer, from signed contract to a fridge that is ready to operate on day one.
Launch & Engagement
Once a fridge is live, the work is just beginning. This function owns the activate layer and everything that determines whether a new unit actually performs. In the near term, you will run this function directly while building the model that makes it scalable and delegable.
Product Upgrade Rollout
In parallel with new deployments, you will personally lead two concurrent upgrade rollouts across the existing active fleet:
Cross-Functional Accountability
đŠşÂ  Health Insurance coverage
đ 401k Plan
đ Eligible for a bi-annual performance bonus
âą PTO
đď¸Â 5- year Sabbatical: After 5 years with CookUnity, you get a 4-week paid sabbatical
đŁÂ Paid Family leave
đŻÂ Compassionate Leave: 3-5 days each time the need arises
đĽÂ A generous amount of CookUnity credits to enjoy our amazing meals, added to your account, monthly
đ§đ˝ââď¸Â Wellness perks: access to fitness subsidies to build a healthy lifestyle
đŠđžâđŤÂ Personalized Spanish coach
đ Awesome opportunity to join a company that is looking to change how we eat and how chefs work!
