HubSpot is on a mission to become the #1 Smart CRM for scaling companies. As our platform and the AI landscape rapidly evolve, we are seeking a transformative Lead Solutions Architect to define the technical standards and architectural best practices that will guide an entire function or geo-region of customers. This role is a key strategic position, directly impacting the success of our most business-critical, complex customers and ensuring the long-term integrity of their technical investment in HubSpot.

Come join one of the most innovative teams at HubSpot. You will act as a principal technical thought leader, blending deep cross-domain expertise with high-level strategic business consultation. You will move beyond individual solution design to define the architectural methodology for an entire group, helping customers build long-term, scalable technical roadmaps that drive deep, organization-wide platform adoption and significant, measurable business transformation. You will serve as the highest technical escalation point and strategic advisor for Solutions Partners on the most complex, mission-critical product use cases.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Define the architectural standards and serve as a principal technical thought leader, translating future-state, organizational business needs into cross-functional, scalable solutions on the HubSpot platform and its ecosystem.
  • Lead the strategic direction for large-scale enterprise integration and consolidation programs, proactively identifying and creating opportunities to unify the platform and drive massive, sustainable operational efficiencies across the customer’s organization.
  • Define, develop, and own the long-term technical roadmap methodology for an entire customer segment or function, influencing internal and external C-suite stakeholders to invest in multi-year strategies that drive strategic value and organizational transformation.
  • Lead and oversee solution design for our most strategic, multi-pillar engagements, establishing the best practices and architectural guardrails for internal teams and the Solutions Partner ecosystem on advanced CRM features, APIs, and complex custom solutions.
  • Act as the definitive technical authority on critical, high-risk customer and partner-led projects, addressing unprecedented product-stretching use cases and defining the strategy for technical risk mitigation to ensure successful, high-value outcomes.
  • Drive organizational-level innovation by continuously evaluating emerging technologies and AI advancements, defining how HubSpot will incorporate them, and leading the organizational strategy for customer adoption of HubSpot’s AI products.
  • Conceptualize and deliver high-impact, C-suite level vision presentations on AI-powered transformation, effectively selling the strategic “why” and “how” of HubSpot’s AI products.
  • Drive cross-functional objectives independently by collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership, providing strategic feedback from the market to directly influence the long-term vision of the HubSpot platform.

We are looking for people who:

  • Experience: 6+ years in solution architecture, enterprise consulting, or a similar technical leadership role within global SaaS. An exceptional track record of designing, selling, and overseeing the delivery of transformative, multi-platform technical architectures for complex global organizations.

    • Fluency in system integration best practices, API governance, and defining enterprise-grade architectural design patterns.
    • Ability to define the architectural patterns for AI-based solutions through orchestration, automation, and complex AI-first development techniques.
  • Business Acumen & Value Realization (Strategic): Deep cross-functional expertise in connecting technology strategy to fundamental business model outcomes.

    • Expertise in defining and evangelizing the long-term organizational ROI of technical strategies to a diverse set of executive stakeholders.

Product Head of Product Operations and AI Transformation at SecurityScorecard

Leads product operations end-to-end, managing data metrics, storytelling, and processes across engineering, design, and GTM teams while scaling AI workflows.

Lead Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About SecurityScorecard:

SecurityScorecard is the global leader in cybersecurity ratings, with over 12 million companies continuously rated, operating in 64 countries. Founded in 2013 by security and risk experts Dr. Alex Yampolskiy and Sam Kassoumeh and funded by world-class investors, SecurityScorecard’s patented rating technology is used by over 25,000 organizations for self-monitoring, third-party risk management, board reporting, and cyber insurance underwriting; making all organizations more resilient by allowing them to easily find and fix cybersecurity risks across their digital footprint.

Headquartered in New York City, our culture has been recognized by Inc Magazine as a “Best Workplace,” by Crain’s NY as a “Best Places to Work in NYC,” and as one of the 10 hottest SaaS startups in New York for two years in a row. Most recently, SecurityScorecard was named to Fast Company’s annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023 and to the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in 2023 award recognizing “forward-thinking employers for their unwavering commitment to employee engagement.” SecurityScorecard is proud to be funded by world-class investors including Silver Lake Waterman, Moody’s, Sequoia Capital, GV and Riverwood Capital.

About the Team:

SecurityScorecard runs an unusually fast product org — ~120 in Engineering, a roadmap that re-prioritizes weekly, and a culture where the question isn’t “can we build it in two months” but “how do we do it in five days?” Product Operations is the operating system that lets that speed scale without flying blind.

We’re hiring a leader to own Product Ops end-to-end and run it as a three-pillar function: Data, Stories, and Process. This person inherits a mature, AI-native operation and is expected to push it further.

You’ll be the connective tissue between PMs, Engineering, Design, GTM, Finance, and the board reporting line. You break bottlenecks, you instrument everything, and you’re already prototyping the next AI workflow before anyone asks forit.

About the Role:

Data & Product Metrics (obsessively)

  • The metrics source of truth: Threshold Score (customer health → board + Gainsight), engineering delivery metrics (Span/DORA, throughput, AI-code ratio via Sigma), product engagement & NPS methodology (Pendo Listen), and Product P&L inputs with Finance.
  • The Customer Insights data layer on Snowflake — AI-extracted pain points, feature requests, and verbatim quotes piped from call transcripts — and the persona-matching model against our maturity frame work.
  • You should itch when a roadmap call happens without the data behind it.

Programs, Reporting & Delivery (PMO)

  • The full delivery cadence: roadmap intake, Jira (PRODF) administration, R/Y/G milestone tracking, the Change Control Board (CCB), release-train sign-off, OKRs, and planning for ~120 people.
  • The weekly executive reporting stack (Joint Tech & Product update, Q2 Roadmap Exec Report, Engineering Weekly) and the quarterly board-paper KPI inputs and you’ll formalize these so they don’t live in one person’shead.

AI for Product Ops (the urgent mandate)

  • Inherit and extend a working library of Claude skills that already run this operation — weekly reporting, CCB recaps, customer-meeting research,
  • Pendo-feedback-to-roadmap matching, hiring protocols, release-notes ROI framing wired across systems such as Jira, Confluence, Pendo, Snowflake, Slack, GDrive.
  • Become the org’s go-to for AI/agentic product-ops tooling (today an informal role across Product, CS, and Marketing) and turn ad-hoc magic into durable, documented capability. This is where we want urgency and excitement, not caution.

Cross-functional forums & GTM

  • Run the forums that keep the org aligned: Product Court (GTM Product roadmap triage), Bar Raisers (work-quality review), and the monthly product-org meeting.
  • Partner on pricing & packaging (Titan Secure/Assess), the annual Pricebook, vendor management (Pendo, Sigma, Span, FullStory, Heap), and strategic customer/roadmap c alls.

Who you are

  • A brick-wall breaker. You see a blocker and go through it smart, allergic to “that’s how we’ve always done it.” We reward bias to action.
  • Impatient (yet personable/friendly) , in the best way. You compress timelines and force decisions (Pendo/Heap consolidation, release sign-offs, planning logistics) without burning the team out. You thrive in constant re-planning and design work to be incremental and portable.
  • Metrics-obsessed. You think in cohorts, leading indicators, and ROI. You can build the dashboard and tell the story it implies — to a PM and to the board.
  • Genuinely AI-forward. You’ve shipped AI/LLM workflows into how work gets done, not just talked about it. You’ll walk in excited to scale our Claude-native operation.
  • A CPTO/PM force-multiplier. You give senior PMs leverage, not overhead, and you operate as a true partner to the CPTO and the co-founders.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Product Operations, PMO, or product/program leadership — including building or scaling a Product Ops function in a fast B2B SaaS org (cybersecurity a plus).
  • Run delivery cadence across a multi-PM / multi-squad org; deep Jira fluency.
  • Hands-on use of AI/automation to change how product work gets done.
  • Fluent across the modern product stack: Pendo, Sigma/Snowflake-backed BI, Span (or DORA tooling), Jira, Confluence.
  • NYC-based and comfortable in a high-velocity, high-accountability culture — you set the pace, you don’t wait for it.
  • You need to be fluent in Claude and other AI tools. If you are not, please do not apply.

How you’ll fit at SecurityScorecard

We value urgency, ownership, and people who’d rather break the wall than file a ticket about it — the same instinct behind “do it in five days” and forums like Product Court. There’s a real, healthy tension here between speed and operating maturity; your job is to add the maturity without killing the speed. If reading this made you impatient to start fixing things that’s a great signal.

Benefits:

Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $350,000 (base plus bonus). Product Data Platform Lead at Jump

Leads data platform strategy and execution, builds scalable multi-tenant infrastructure, and partners with AI/engineering teams to transform raw data into actionable insights for sports clients.

Lead Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

Jump is transforming the live sports experience with the only end-to-end fan engagement platform built specifically for sports teams and venues. By focusing on aligned incentives between teams and fans, our platform unifies ticketing, merchandise, and game day operations - creating a smoother, more fan-friendly experience.

Founded in 2021 by e-commerce innovator Marc Lore, MLB legend Alex Rodriguez, and entrepreneur Jordy Leiser, we’ve raised $60 million from top investors including Alexis Ohanian’s Seven Seven Six and Forerunner Ventures. Our platform powers teams across the NBA, WNBA, and NWSL helping them boost ticket sales and deliver innovative fan experiences.

We’re a remote-first team driven by core values - begin and build with trust, play like the underdog, win as a team, and do your thing. If you’re collaborative, adaptable, and eager to shape the future of live sports, Jump is the place for you.

The Role

Jump’s data platform is at an inflection point. What started as an internal capability now powers the analytics and insights our clients rely on every day. We’re turning it into a full product: scalable, multi-tenant data infrastructure, an expanding library of integrations pulling from a growing set of first- and third-party data sources, and an AI intelligence layer that transforms raw data into actionable decisions.

As Data Platform Lead, you’ll own the vision and execution of that platform. You’ll lead and grow our data engineering team, partner closely with our AI engineer to shape how agents and LLMs consume and act on our data, and work across Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to build something that scales — not a series of one-off implementations. The platform you build here will become core infrastructure for how our clients run their business.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the data platform strategy end-to-end — from ingestion architecture and scalable, multi-tenant data infrastructure to transformation pipelines, a modern BI layer, and how the platform grows as we add clients and data sources.

  • Drive the AI-on-data layer. Partner with our AI engineer to define how agents and LLMs access, query, and act on platform data — semantic models, retrieval patterns, and in-warehouse AI primitives.

  • Build and productize our integrations motion — ingesting data from a growing set of first- and third-party sources. Turn what today requires custom work into a repeatable, operable pattern.

  • Lead and develop our data engineering team. You’ll manage directly, set technical direction, and raise the bar on quality — starting with a tight-knit team with room to grow.

  • Define the engineering standards for the data org — CI/CD, testing, infra-as-code, data lineage, governance, and observability — so the platform scales without fragility.

  • Be a strong hands-on presence on the warehouse and transformation layer — fluent enough in Snowflake to contribute meaningfully alongside the team, not just oversee it.

  • Partner with go-to-market teams to define what great looks like for client onboarding and data delivery, and drive engineering execution against that bar.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role — you have a proven track record of managing and developing engineers

  • Strong people management instincts: clear communicator, good at developing talent, comfortable giving direct feedback, and able to build a high-performance culture even with a small team.

  • Hands-on experience with a modern cloud data warehouse and transformation stack — Snowflake + dbt strongly preferred; Redshift, Databricks, or BigQuery with a fast ramp is acceptable.

  • Proven experience building AI on top of structured data — semantic layers, agent/LLM access patterns to warehouses, or retrieval-augmented generation.

  • Deep expertise in data ingestion at scale — you’ve built or owned the systems that pull from many disparate sources into a warehouse. You know when to use an off-the-shelf connector, when to build, and how to make either one operable at scale.

  • Experience building and shipping a productized, multi-tenant data offering — client isolation, onboarding flows, SLAs, and ongoing support. You think in products, not projects.

  • Solid engineering fundamentals: version control, code review, CI/CD, infra-as-code — and a bias toward standards that teams can repeat, not heroics that only you can maintain.

Nice to Haves

  • Direct Snowflake + dbt experience, and familiarity with advanced in-warehouse AI capabilities and agent-accessible data patterns.

  • ML or MLOps experience — feature stores, training pipelines, model evaluation — and a track record of building tools that extract measurable value from data.

  • AWS fluency — we run on AWS, and comfort with IAM, S3, Lambda, and Glue is a plus.

  • Experience with modern BI tooling and self-serve analytics delivery.

  • Background in sports, live events, or time-series data; experience with EU data residency, GDPR, or multi-region warehouse patterns.

Attributes that will make you successful on our team

  • A strong desire to learn. You continually look for ways to build your skills.

  • Tenacity. You enjoy working on challenges that others can’t or don’t want to tackle and you aren’t afraid of failing fast in order to find better solutions.

  • Passion. You love using your technical skills to build products that solve real problems. You hold yourself to a high standard and help to elevate others as well.

  • Empathy. You thrive in an environment where everyone can truly be themselves. You understand that our differing life experiences influence who we are and how we show up, and these diverse perspectives enrich both our team and our product.

  • Customer-centric mindset. You can understand the problem to be solved and who we are solving it for.

  • Innovation: Passion for exploring and implementing AI technologies to enhance automation, optimize workflows, and drive innovation

Benefits

  • Remote first

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Flex PTO policy

  • 401(k)

  • Generous medical, dental and vision plans

  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers

  • $1,000 reimbursement for work-from-home tech setup

  • Company-paid sustainability subscription to ensure carbon neutrality is maintained for employee activities, such as travel

Compensation

Compensation is something we don’t want our candidates or employees to worry about. Our goal is to offer competitive salaries that are regularly benchmarked against the market. The core tenets of our compensation philosophy are fairness and transparency.

We have established a standardized leveling framework based on job scope and responsibilities. The compensation package for each level is standard across all engineering roles. This means that every person at a certain level is paid the same as everyone else, regardless of their background, previous compensation, location, or any other factor.

The compensation for this role is $210,000 and includes a generous equity package.

Application

Some candidates may see the requirements and feel unsure that they match all the criteria. We encourage you to apply! There’s a good chance you have important skills that we have not stated. We especially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, nonbinary folx, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, veterans, and people with disabilities. We’re committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can bring their authentic self and thrive, and we value the diversity brought by different life experiences.

Product Chief of Staff (m/f/d) at Alasco

Chief of Staff identifies and drives AI-powered growth opportunities by discovering market needs, defining product requirements, and owning AI features from conception through go-to-market execution.

Lead Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Role

This is an exciting role at the intersection of business building, AI First thinking, and product development. As a Chief of Staff you operate in founding mode. You will work closely with the CEO and Founder with a clear mandate: identify, design, and drive AI powered growth opportunities.

You will develop a deep understanding of market workflows, client needs, and untapped growth potential. You will translate those insights into concrete product requirements, priorities and compelling business cases. From discovery and prototyping through to go-to-market execution, you own the full arc.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate growth options strategically:

  • You assess which AI-powered opportunities are genuinely relevant for Alasco - product innovations, AI-native workflows or Real Estate specific solutions. You cut through the noise quickly, identify where real potential lies, and form concrete, decision-ready views.

Run continuous discovery:

  • This involves talking directly with real-world users and clients to understand workflows, constraints, and failure modes. You work in close collaboration with our Engineering and Product teams.

Own AI use cases:

  • From discovery to rollout, you define, prioritize, and ship AI features with clear success criteria. You experiment hands-on with AI and don’t rely on engineering to explain what a model can do. You prompt, test, evaluate outputs, and bring those insights directly into product decisions.

Track the ecosystem:

  • You monitor adjacent developments, competitor moves, client signals, and relevant research to align with positioning and pricing.

Align stakeholders around explicit trade-offs:

  • You keep Product, Design, Engineering, Management, and Go-to-Market aligned. You define metrics for outcomes, quality, and adoption - and you steer by them.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-performance environment like strategy consulting, venture capital, a high-growth start up, or you have founded something yourself.
  • Proven end-to-end product ownership experience or equivalent responsibility in B2B SaaS business operating in complex, high-stakes domains.
  • Technical background and mindset, including the ability to work with complex technical systems, and hands-on coding experience is a strong plus.
  • The ability to manage ambiguity: you turn unclear, open-ended problems into structured plans and concrete next steps.
  • Truly AI native: you use AI tools every day and are energized by the opportunity to develop our entire organization’s AI capabilities.
  • Precise, confident communication in both fluent German and English. You make decisions, stand behind them, and create clarity for the team - even when the answer is uncomfortable.

Why Alasco

  • ESOP: You participate in Alasco’s long-term success.
  • AI-first, not AI-washed - we are building AI into the core of our product, not bolting it on as a feature.
  • Munich HQ with a hybrid-friendly culture and a team that takes craft seriously.
  • Workation: Up to 4 weeks per year.
  • Vacation: 28 days off to recharge.
  • Navit or Wellpass: €40/month subsidy for mobility, fitness, and wellbeing.
  • Company & team events: Regular offsites, team get-togethers, and moments worth celebrating.
  • A product problem space that is genuinely hard and genuinely worth solving.

About Alasco

Real estate is one of the world’s largest, most capital-intensive and least digitized industries. We’re changing that. Alasco is building the leading AI Platform for Real Estate, purpose-built for an era in which AI fundamentally reshapes how decisions are made. If you want to work where technological possibility has a direct seat at the decision-making table, this is your place.

We ship AI and software that is already in production today, making investment and construction decisions measurably better for our customers. And we’re just getting started.

We welcome applications from all people. Regardless of gender, origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, or disability. And if you don’t meet every single point 100%, apply anyway.

  • Define AI quality and evaluation requirements, including golden datasets, test cases, pass/fail criteria, trace reviews, regression testing, and production monitoring.
  • Collaborate with identity, security, and platform teams to ensure agentic actions follow proper authentication, authorization, permissions, auditability, privacy, and compliance controls.
  • Drive a developer-centric approach for Agentic AI platform services by improving discoverability, documentation, onboarding, usability, and adoption for internal product and engineering teams.
  • Use AI-powered tools in your own product workflow to improve discovery, analysis, documentation, prioritization, decision-making, and execution.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, gather requirements, manage trade-offs, and ensure successful adoption of AI platform capabilities.
  • Drive KPIs that reflect real-world AI and platform impact, including adoption, task completion, answer quality, automation success, deflection, operational efficiency, satisfaction, and reliability.

What we are looking for:

Product Software Engineering Manager at airSlate

Leads a team of 6-10 automation quality engineers, building quality architecture and driving the transition from traditional test automation to agentic AI-powered testing solutions.

Lead Remote Posted 10 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About airSlate

airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products - **SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage,** and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of  users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.

We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Philippines.

At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

About your team:

We are a passionate and ambitious team of 140+ people on a mission to succeed with our award-winning signature solution –  SignNow.

SignNow empowers over 28 million people at companies across the world to move fast with everything they need to send and eSign their documents. Increase productivity with document workflows, impress customers, and save money while maximizing ROI with SignNow.

We’re looking for an engineer-first quality leader. Someone who came up through AQE or principal engineering, thinks in systems, and is genuinely excited about what agentic AI means for quality.

You’ll lead a team of 6-10 Automation Quality Engineers, own our existing automation estate, and drive a deliberate transition toward agentic quality engineering. Deterministic pipelines today, autonomous test agents tomorrow.

What you’ll own:

  • Quality architecture. Frameworks, toolchain, and the roadmap from traditional automation to agentic solutions. You define how quality is built into the system, not bolted on at the end.
  • A team of 6-10 AQEs. Mentoring, technical direction, and running hands-on pilots alongside them as the team evolves into the agentic era.
  • The existing test automation framework (Java/JS · Selenium · Playwright). Keeping it healthy while evolving it; refactoring what needs it, retiring what doesn’t.
  • Agentic QE design. Partnering with engineering leaders to co-design deterministic agent workflows and non-deterministic (LLM-assisted) approaches, with clear human-in-the-loop governance where it matters.
  • Observability and reporting tooling. Coverage dashboards, flakiness detection, CI quality gates - the visibility layer engineers actually trust.
  • Testing AI-powered features. Behavioral validation, non-deterministic regression, and output evaluation for the product’s own agentic capabilities.
  • Internal tooling. Building tools that make the broader engineering org faster and more quality-conscious, not just the QE team.

What you’ll need:

  • 7+ years in software engineering, AQE, or SDET with a clear arc toward quality leadership
  • 5+ years hands-on with Java and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, deep enough to design novel solutions, not just configure existing ones
  • 3+ years leading AQE or engineering teams hands-on, running pilots, driving adoption, and getting their hands dirty alongside the team
  • Strong automation architecture chops: you design frameworks, not just write tests
  • Proven experience driving quality initiatives and change management across engineering teams
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing tools in production
  • Familiarity with agentic/LLM concepts: evaluating model outputs, handling non-determinism, and agent orchestration patterns
  • CI/CD integration, shift-left thinking, and quality-by-design fluency
  • English B2+

The right person for this role doesn’t come from QA management. They come from engineering. They’ve been the de-facto quality authority on their team before having the title. They can whiteboard quality architecture with platform engineers, drive an agentic pilot with their team the next day, and review a PR the day after that.

If quality in the agentic era is what gets you out of bed, let’s talk.

What we offer

Flexible working environment- Our teams operate across the globe. We value in‑person collaboration in our hubs, but we also embrace remote and hybrid working. You can work from one of our offices in the United States, Poland, Romania or Ukraine, or remotely from many countries.

Competitive compensation and stock options- We offer salaries that reflect local market conditions and experience,  plus a performance-based bonus system and stock options so you share in the company’s growth.

Professional growth and learning - We invest in your development through courses, conferences, and access to learning resources. We encourage career growth and internal mobility, supporting teammates who want to explore new opportunities within airSlate.

Health and well‑being - We provide comprehensive benefits tailored to each country, including health coverage, wellness programmes and access to fitness options. We also dedicate quarterly company-wide Mental Health Days, when everyone takes time off to rest and recharge.

Family‑friendly culture - Family life is part of who we are, and we embrace it in many forms. From flexibility for parents to our airSlate Junior Club for kids, to company-wide family days and our pet-friendly approach, we’re committed to making work and life easier to balance.

Giving back - We support charitable initiatives around the world through the airSlate Care programme. Our current focus includes humanitarian aid in Ukraine and other regions, matching employee donations and supporting causes chosen by our teams.

Open communication - We encourage transparent dialogue at all levels. From team discussions to company-wide Q&A sessions with our CEO, we make sure everyone has the chance to be heard and to influence how we grow.
