You will also configure and manage AI-driven roleplay and pitch practice environments using Yoodli. Transform raw scripts and storyboards into polished, brand-aligned learning experiences that our technical Wizards love to consume.

  • The Execution Engine: Act as the critical execution arm for our core instructional assets. Turn the architectural blueprints from the Technical Enablement Programs team into reality, and equip our Technical Enablement Delivery & Operations team (the “Driving Instructors”) with the high-quality materials they need to train our new hire cohorts. Manage and build technical learning paths and assets within the LMS.

  • Quality Assurance & LMS Readiness: Rigorously test all learning assets for functionality, user experience (UX), and SCORM compliance before publishing. Ensure seamless integration, tracking, and rendering within our Learning Management System (LMS).

What You’ll Do

The Senior Director of Training and Learning Excellence (T&LE) will be responsible for creating an innovative architecture to support the continuous learning needs of our scientifically driven, patient-focused organization. This individual is a dynamic leader with a track record of success building and leading teams across several functional areas within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.

This individual is an experienced learning specialist with a deep understanding of fundamental adult learning principles; possesses curriculum development, project management skills, and extensive knowledge of healthcare legal/compliance/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Establish an “industry-best” training department dedicated to BridgeBio organizational learning objectives, customized to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviors specific to affiliate customer and business needs.
  • Oversee learning needs assessment in collaboration with the business owners (BridgeBio Affiliate Partners) to clearly understand and define the gaps in skills and knowledge.
  • Lead the definition and implementation of the most effective learning mix (i.e., live/virtual instructor-led, e-learning, blended learning, social learning) for the agreed target audience with best practices and principles of instructional design.
  • Lead the creation and standardization of Launch Excellence models for new products/indications from early planning to post-launch sustainment
  • Oversee the development and facilitation of engaging and interactive workshops on disease states, products, marketplaces, and contextual selling skills for all types of audiences
  • Ensure the strategic utilization of resources by overseeing the identification and selection of vendors as well as existing relationships and projects relating to training (SOW and PO generation and vendor management)
  • Participate in the annual business planning process and lead resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the training curriculum to strategically support our growing organization, building clinical product and market knowledge, as well as the communication skills required to effectively engage health care professionals (HCPs) and execute brand strategies

Job Description

As Education Specialist, your primary responsibility is to build and lead education initiatives that acquire customers, enhance user adoption, engagement, and proficiency with INNERGY’s solutions. This role blends strategy, program design and delivery excellence. You’ll design scalable training programs, coordinate events, and serve as a public ambassador for INNERGY, leading speaking engagements that elevate our brand and customer community.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

Education Development & Execution

  • Develop and deliver educational content, including webinars, workshops, video tutorials, documentation, and interactive training materials to improve customer onboarding and retention.
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions tailored to different user roles and experience levels.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to identify customer pain points and create targeted education initiatives.
  • Perform simple video editing to support training materials and education initiatives.

Strategic Leadership & Representation

  • Serve as a public facing representative for INNERGY’s education programs, delivering presentations and workshops regionally.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on product launches and go to market priorities.

Event Planning & Logistics

  • Plan and execute customer education events, including user conferences, training workshops, and webinars.
  • Manage event logistics such as hotel contracts, scheduling, speaker coordination, obtaining and organizing presentation assets, technology setup, registration, rehearsals, scripting, slide decks, and post-event wrap-up.

  • Understanding of woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork manufacturing processes is highly valued.
  • Proficiency with BricsCAD, Microvellum Toolbox, or related design/manufacturing software preferred.
